Car Wash Facility: now available at all levels Courier service: DHL Counter (1st Level Welcome court 2) Car rental service: Thrifty (1st Level Welcome court 2) Information Desk There are seven Information Desks located throughout Mall of the Emirates at Welcome Court 1 (ground & first floor), Welcome Court 2 (ground floor), Galleria (ground & first floor), Court 4 (ground & first floor) to provide assistance to customers. Luggage Room Customers can deposit their luggage in safe and secure lockers from 10am – 12 midnight daily free of charge. Directory Brochures Mall Guides listing all stores and services in Mall of the Emirates are offered to our customers in two languages; English and Arabic.
